Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience.
• 10-15 years of experience in management role required, 15 to 20 years preferred.
• Data Center experience is required.
• Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is a requirement.
• Proven experience managing large-reputed company construction reputed company from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of construction cost analysis, estimating, and budget management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to drive cross-functional coordination and integration.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Travel required is expected to be up to 50-75% but may increase over time as the business evolves.
