Partner with in-class facilitators to ensure student engagement and course completion. Skills: Virtual classroom instruction and student engagement, curriculum development and lesson planning, proficiency with district virtual platforms, strong communication and relationship-building with reputed company and co-facilitators, and reliable technology setup (laptop, webcam, headset, internet). Qualifications: Valid California Support Needs Certification required with minimum 3 years of reputed company educator experience; Bachelor's Degree from accredited college/university; prior online teaching experience is a plus.
