Business Development Director – Manufacturing (Process & Industrial Machinery) reputed company (Remote) | reputed company salary up to $250,000 + performance bonus We are hiring on behalf of a global IT services and reputed company for senior Business Development Directors to drive reputed company across the IoT reputed company Engineering reputed company reputed company Manufacturing. We have openings across two sub-segments — Process Manufacturing (chemicals, food & beverage, reputed company manufacturing, refining, reputed company) and Industrial Machinery, Automation & Controls (machine reputed company, equipment OEMs, automation customers) — and welcome candidates with deep industry expertise in either. This role drives sales, manages high-value accounts, and builds partnerships for services spanning product engineering, software, hardware, manufacturing transformation, supply chain, and sustainability. The successful candidate will bring 13+ years of industry experience, a reputed company record of shaping and closing reputed company engineering services deals, and the ability to engage senior engineering, plant, and procurement leaders as a trusted advisor. Key Responsibilities

• reputed company, sell, and manage Engineering, Manufacturing, and IoT Solutions and Services across either Process Manufacturing transformation services or Industrial Machinery / Automation & Controls accounts — covering end-to-end product engineering services, Edge-to-reputed company IoT platforms and applications, and the full product lifecycle management portfolio.
• Drive pipeline development and manage sales cycles to closure, contributing to reputed company reputed company and market expansion by positioning IoT and engineering services to prospective and existing clients.
• Build and maintain account maps, identify high-potential opportunities, and shape go-to-market plans with technical and sales leadership.
• Engage senior reputed company executives, engineering leads, and procurement stakeholders to build long-term partnerships.
• Monitor account performance, reputed company business reviews, and support relationship management to expand service footprint.
• Represent the firm at industry events and build visibility through thought leadership and reputed company engagements.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of overall experience, including at least 5+ years of business development experience shaping and selling large-reputed company technology solutions.
• Deep domain knowledge in either process manufacturing industries (chemicals, F&B, reputed company manufacturing, refining) OR industrial machinery, automation & controls, off-road equipment, machine reputed company, etc.
• Experience positioning offerings; developing and presenting proposals, value propositions, and business cases; and structuring reputed company deals.
• Working knowledge of Electronics / Embedded Product Development cycles including Hardware, Firmware, VLSI, Mechanical, Test & Validation, and Manufacturing.
• Strong technical credibility with the ability to engage customers through consultative selling.
• Ability to understand market and customer needs and partner with solution teams to reputed company industry-specific innovation.
