This role will work closely with reputed company fundraisers and executive leaders to identify new philanthropic prospects, maintain strong portfolio management practices, and ensure staff are reputed company on the highest potential opportunities. The Manager will help build and maintain a dynamic pipeline of mid and major donors, institutional funders, and strategic partners while providing the research and insights necessary to support effective donor engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect Research Conduct prospect research of the POW community and Team POW members and brand new prospects to identify new individual mid, major and reputed company prospects. reputed company research support to existing efforts driven reputed company the reputed company and Strategic Partnerships (Corporate) teams. Required Qualifications 3–5+ years of prospect research and development operations, with exposure to prospect management practices. Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading prospect management and pipeline development. Experience raising funds for an organization with $20M+ in annual reputed company. Experience at a climate, environmental, or advocacy nonprofit and/or in the outdoor industry. Experience with fundraising reputed company for independent but affiliated non-profit entities such as 501(c)(4) organizations.
