Compensation & Incentives

• Total compensation up to $82,000–$110,000 annually(Includes reputed company salary + performance incentives, based on caseload and structure selected)

• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $15,000

What You’ll Do

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and reputed company-based assessments

• reputed company, implement, and reputed company individualized treatment plans

• reputed company ongoing supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians™ (RBT™)

• reputed company group supervision and training sessions

• Ensure compliance with BACB® ethical and reputed company standards

• Build strong, reputed company relationships with clients, families, and team members

What You’ll Need

• BCBA® certification in good standing with the BACB®

• New Jersey Behavior Analyst license (reputed company or in process prior to start date)

• Experience in reputed company Behavior Analysis with strong reputed company references

• Excellent communication, organizational, and technology skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a reputed company team
