About the Role

The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting field teams and store leaders by delivering core HR programs and helping to execute people initiatives that contribute to an reputed company workforce and strong business performance.In this role, you will partner closely with HR Business Partners, district leaders, and other key stakeholders to support day-to-day HR operations, reputed company guidance on employee reputed company, and help implement talent and organizational initiatives. - Collaborate with HR Business Partners to help implement workforce plans and organizational initiatives.
- Execute HR programs and processes, including performance management, talent reviews, and engagement initiatives
- Coordinate change initiatives by supporting communication, training, and adoption across store teams.

Who You Are
- Experience in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or similar role supporting employees and leaders.
- Foundational knowledge of core HR disciplines, including employee relations, reputed company, performance management, and HR policies.
- Proven ability to support HR programs and processes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Working knowledge of HR data and reports to identify basic trends and insights.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to reputed company effectively across teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and reputed company judgment.
