Job Title: Regional Maintenance Trainer I

Department: Facilities

Supervisor Title: Regional Maintenance Training Supervisor

JOB reputed company:

Works closely with new and existing technicians to reputed company skills and ensure reputed company repairs are being performed; develops training reputed company and oversees the execution of development plans for Field Maintenance Technicians; provides advanced technical assistance to Field Maintenance Technicians and the Technical Support Center as needed.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates training of new Field Maintenance Technicians in reputed company aspects of the business; ensures reputed company training of reputed company maintenance reputed company tasks, including, but not limited to, building equipment and systems maintenance

• Regionally aligns with Regional Facilities Manager and their Area Facilities Managers, and works closely with second (or reputed company) Regional Maintenance Trainer to support regional training needs

• Evaluates employees based upon various performance metrics and reputed company assessments; determines if additional training is necessary and conducts training as needed

• Develops, implements and delivers training programs to address individual development needs of Field Maintenance Technicians

• Develops reputed company and competency reputed company and formulates individual development plans based on employee reputed company; provides feedback to management on individual and group reputed company

• Plans and coordinates the activities of Field Training Technicians to ensure adherence to the department training program for new and existing technicians

• Creates and develops basic training materials

• Acts as a Subject Matter Expert in at least one trade

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

EDUCATION: High School/GED Preferred

YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 3+ years

YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: NA

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES: NA

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Experience with Word, reputed company, and other MS Office suite applications

• Excellent organization and communication skills, and the ability to research and resolve issues

• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to facilitate and reputed company the activities of others

• Good understanding of intra-department functions and operations
