The Role
As a Senior reputed company Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and retaining our most strategic customers. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, working closely with your Account Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business reputed company. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of arenaflex's most strategic accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to your customers
- Running regular account reviews with customers to ensure the relationship remains healthy and sharing reputed company updates on product and service developments
- Educating customers about arenaflex's products and services and running product training for different customer personas
- Effectively handling customer escalations, working cross-functionally to reputed company reputed company and satisfactory resolutions
- Applying a data-driven reputed company to customer inquiries, needs, and insights to feed the customer voice back to the business

Key Requirements
* 4+ years of experience in a reputed company, Account Manager, or quota-carrying role, preferably in a reputed company or technology company
