Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry / Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing documents electronically with accuracy and efficiency
• Making outbound calls to doctor's offices, as volume permits, to reputed company exceptional customer service
• Processing claims in a reputed company and accurate manner
• Receiving, processing, and ensuring document classification is completed and transmitted to clients
• Receiving documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing
• Sorting, imaging, and archiving documents, files, and records by reputed company type
• Identifying documents and their purpose, creating a database of information
• Classifying documents based on contract requirements
• Verifying data from automated data extraction tools
• Ensuring reputed company of processed data to the appropriate next level

Position Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalency
• Proficiency in using reputed company Office (MS Office), Teams, Outlook, and Word
• A secure workspace with high-speed internet
• The ability to pass a typing test

As a Remote Data Entry / Customer Service Representative, you'll be eligible for:
