Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Contacting existing customers on behalf of arenaflex to continue their subscriptions and trials with our products and services
• Upgrading or resubscribing their services utilizing state-of-the-art technology and reputed company relationship management systems
• Delivering sales results that meet reputed company performance objectives, including the number of contacts, leads, conversions, and sales
• Delivering productivity results that meet reputed company performance objectives, including contacts per hour, sales per hour, and accuracy
• Adhering to reputed company contact procedures and attempting to build relationships, build support for reputed company products and services, and overcome prospect objections
• Adhering to operational processes, PCI compliance, reputed company standards, and program standards

Requirements
