This Position

This Customer Service Banking Specialist role will be based on-site at our Columbia, South Carolina location. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for:

Responsibilities

* Connect with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns

• Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues

Qualifications
