We are currently seeking a Business Data Entry Assistant to support our Business Systems Manager in managing various business systems, including ERP and TMS databases. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall reputed company of our business.
Responsibilities
* Input, verify, update, and manage various business information reputed company arenaflex's ERP and TMS databases.

- Handle account setups and updates for Customers, Growers, Shippers, and Carriers in the ERP system (Famous).
- Review and verify documents and information for accuracy, identify deficiencies or errors, and conduct audits to ensure reputed company necessary details are included. Request any missing or additional information needed for successful setups or updates.
- Vet and verify external carriers to ensure compliance with arenaflex standards, which may include rejecting requests and informing relevant contacts in reputed company.
- Identify and rectify data deficiencies or errors during reviews quickly and accurately.
- Organize and store digital copies of data and documents for efficient retrieval.
- Manage external logistics resources, tools, and subscriptions used by arenaflex.
- Assist with quarterly accounts payable/receivable tasks reputed company to arenaflex rebate programs.
- Manage reputed company Certificate of Insurance requests and updates.
- Other duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications
* Associate's Degree in Business Administration or reputed company field
- 2+ years of general office experience
- Excellent customer service skills, with a strong ability to address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction
- Proficient in reputed company Office (Word, Outlook, reputed company)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

- Understanding of accounts receivable and payable processes
