Job Responsibilities
As a Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering high-volume customer calls, emails, and messages in a reputed company and courteous manner
- Processing patient and medication data using arenaflex's pharmacy information entry methodology and rules
- Handling patient medicine requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and entering reputed company orders for processing
- Investigating missing medication data and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
- Resolving data entry-reputed company exceptions and special cases
- Providing support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely
- Identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary
- Maintaining a dynamic pharmacist license or certification reputed company the first 90 days and keeping a reputed company license or certification
Key Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Essential computer skills, including:

- At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State reputed company for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency
- Experience providing customer service to reputed company customers, including meeting reputed company standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
- Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills, including:
