As a Work-reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, answering inbound customer calls and providing personalized support to our valued customers. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule and reputed company to grow professionally and learn every day. Our customer service team is the backbone of our business, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our ranks.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound customer calls and reputed company exceptional support to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Offer additional products and services to customers, enhancing their shopping experience and driving sales reputed company
- Analyze customer data and account information to reputed company personalized solutions and recommendations
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and leaders to reputed company team goals and objectives

Compensation and Benefits
* Starting reputed company: $15.00/hour
- Additional pay for working evenings, nights, and weekends: $1.00/hour for 6pm-6am, $1.00/hour for 12:00am Saturday – 11:59pm reputed company

Training and Development
* 8-week training program, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 2:00 pm ET or 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm ET

System Requirements
* Self-provided computer or laptop with a reputed company reputed company operating system, reputed company 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
- Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)
- High-speed internet reputed company (satellite, broadband, wireless, or reputed company-up services not permitted)
- Webcam and ability to reputed company on camera for meetings and trainings
