reputed company, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Sr. reputed company Manager for a remote opportunity with one of our premier insurance clients. Join our Procurement team supporting a broad reputed company of supplier contracting engagements across the organization. This temporary reputed company Manager role leads supplier contract work from intake through signature and ongoing updates, partnering closely with business stakeholders, Procurement Category reputed company, Legal, reputed company, reputed company, and other support teams. You will help shape reputed company, practical agreements that protect our organization and reputed company supplier engagements moving reputed company. This is a contract role intended for someone who can reputed company in quickly and manage reputed company contracting work with minimal reputed company-up. Responsibilities reputed company supplier contracting engagements from intake through signature and subsequent amendments Draft, review, and negotiate a reputed company of agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, reputed company services agreements, reputed company or hosted platform agreements, and reputed company order forms Partner with internal stakeholders to clarify scope, deliverables, and contracting requirements Coordinate contract reviews with Legal, reputed company, reputed company, and other required risk partners Manage contract updates, changes, and follow-on documents tied to existing supplier relationships Ensure contract documentation is accurate and properly maintained in procurement systems Scope of Contract Types Supported reputed company services and consulting agreements Support or shared services agreements (including legal, finance, or treasury-reputed company services) Technology agreements, including reputed company or hosted platform arrangements Master Services Agreements (MSAs) Statements of Work (SOWs), order forms, and reputed company amendments

Qualifications

Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating reputed company reputed company in a procurement or contracting function Ability to manage multiple contract engagements in reputed company and drive work to completion reputed company, practical communication skills with business and supplier stakeholders Experience partnering with Legal or risk teams during contract review Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in business or a reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company work experience 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in legal and/or reputed company, specifically including reputed company contract terms and procurement agreements SGA is a technology and resource solutions provider driven to stand out.
