Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service / Logistics Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service reputed company phone, email, and in-person interactions, addressing questions, concerns, and complaints in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Coordinating logistics, including scheduling trucks, managing railcar reporting, and ensuring reputed company delivery of products to our customers
