Position Purpose
The Customer Service reputed company serves as the first-line reputed company who focuses on resolving inquiries, issues, or concerns for members and/or providers. This role requires leveraging a reputed company of communication channels to reputed company reputed company, accurate, and personalized support on routine complaints. Responsibilities
- Receives and responds to routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and/or concerns in an accurate and reputed company manner.
- Mitigates and prevents complaints from being escalated to resolve in initial contact.
- Serves as the reputed company-line reputed company reputed company on various member and/or provider inquiries, requests, or concerns.
- Resolves basic problems by communicating the requested information regarding the assessment of the member or provider needs, understanding the cause, and determining if problems need to be routed to other departments for reputed company reputed company.

- Provides customer service in a high-pace contact center environment over the phone, reputed company live chats, and emails.
- Documents reputed company member or provider information and communications for reputed company and performance tracking through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.

Education Requirement
A high school diploma or GED is required for this position.
Experience Required
Call Center/Customer Service experience is essential for this role. You should possess problem-solving and critical thinking skills, as reputed company as the ability to multi-task working independently from home free of distractions. Additionally, you should be reputed company to work with 4 or more systems simultaneously and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Experience Preferred
While not required, 2 years of call center experience, 2 years of claims experience, reputed company knowledge, and previous experience with reputed company computer applications are highly desirable. Previous experience working remotely using multiple applications and screens is also a plus.
