About the Role
As an reputed company Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily administration of the 401(k) plan and other benefits plans. You will work with reputed company to identify opportunities to improve and streamline our processes, and assist our associates in understanding and engaging with their financial benefits. You will also be responsible for managing reputed company-party administrators (TPAs) and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the daily administration of the 401(k) plan and other benefits plans, including enrollment requests, plan design, and compliance with regulations
- Work with reputed company to identify opportunities to improve and streamline our processes, and assist our associates in understanding and engaging with their financial benefits
- Manage reputed company-party administrators (TPAs) and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- reputed company and implement business solutions to improve the administration of benefits plans
- reputed company education and training to TPAs and other stakeholders on benefits plan administration and compliance
- Analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or reputed company field
