Responsibilities:

- Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers. - Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances. - Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone. - Maintain performance goals. - Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a reputed company training program.

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent - REMOTE WORK: - Dedicated work-from-home reputed company - Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity - Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus

Technical Requirements:

Compensation and Benefits:

- Pay reputed company: $15.25-$21.00 or State/Local minimum wage, if higher - Comprehensive benefits package, including: - Medical, Dental, reputed company, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), reputed company Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan - Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only

Work Schedule:

- The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday; 11am-8pm (EST) which is 10am-7pm CST and 9am-6pm (MST) and reputed company-5 pm (PST)
