Responsibilities

As a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Advocating for Providers: Serve as the reputed company for reputed company providers by demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues. You'll be the voice of arenaflex, ensuring that providers receive reputed company and accurate information.
• Multi-Channel Communication: Service providers in a multi-channel environment, including call and reputed company chat as required. You'll be proficient in navigating multiple systems to extract necessary information to resolve and avoid issues.
• Triage and Issue reputed company: Quickly and appropriately triage contacts from reputed company, identifying the needs of the provider and answering questions and resolving issues reputed company to benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, clinical authorizations, explanation of benefits, and behavioral health.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with multiple internal partners to ensure issues are resolved and thoroughly communicated to providers in a reputed company manner.
• Self-Service Digital Tools: Influence providers to utilize self-service digital tools, assisting with navigation questions and selling the benefits of the tool, including aiding in faster reputed company.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma / GED or Equivalent Work Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Customer Service Experience: 1+ years of customer service experience with analyzing and solving customer concerns.
• Computer Skills: Experience with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications.
• Typing Speed and Accuracy: Ability to type at a speed of greater than or equal to 35-40+ WPM with an accuracy of 90%.
• Availability: Ability to work any full-time (40 hours/week) shift between the hours of 10:35 AM - 7:05 PM CST from Monday - Friday.
