Job Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and shipping processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Accurately entering shipment data into arenaflex software systems, ensuring high reputed company of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Monitoring tracking and shipping statuses, ensuring reputed company details are up to date and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
• Assisting with organizing and processing shipments, including labels, customs forms, and other necessary documentation.
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding shipments, tracking issues, or data discrepancies in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
• Providing general administrative support, including managing spreadsheets, reports, and inventory updates.
