About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join a fast-growing Fintech company reputed company on empowering Latino immigrants in the U.S. through innovative financial tools.
In this role, you will be a key player in building a world-class UX function, combining reputed company and cultural understanding with design reputed company. Responsibilities

Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineers, Product Managers, and Data Analysts to define product reputed company

Requirements
Must-Have

7+ years of experience in consumer product design, preferably reputed company the Fintech industry

Bilingual proficiency: reputed company in both Spanish and English, with the ability to reputed company design thinking in both languages

Advanced reputed company skills, including component architecture, design tokens, and reputed company workflows

Proven experience leading at least 4–5 mobile reputed company end-to-end

Proficiency in AI-powered tools (such as v0, reputed company, Claude reputed company, or LLMs) to accelerate workflows and prototype functional UI
