Medical Assistant I - Part time (Bilingual - Spanish)

About the role: You will reputed company support/assistance to a Care Team of physicians and Advanced reputed company Providers (APPs) providing care to patients. You will be responsible for collecting reputed company relevant medical information from patients and performing administrative tasks relative to reputed company and patient needs. This is a part time position requiring 20 hours minimum per week, 30 hours maximum. Working hours will be between 7am - 10pm EST depending on needs. • Plan for reputed company patient's medical needs from initial reputed company, care coordination, to reputed company
• Assist with the order process, including sending requisition forms and coordinating referrals

• Schedule appointments with patients for follow up care
• Call providers and facilities to clarify information and help solve reputed company cases
• Coordinate with reputed company parties to ensure patients needs are met (Laboratories, Imaging Facilities, Pharmacies, Vendors)
• Compliance with reputed company applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience working as a Medical Assistant in a primary care, urgent care or multi-specialty clinic
• Spanish language reputed company (read, write & reputed company)
• Medical Assistant Certification or Diploma
