Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to reputed company members from provided member lists.
• Introduce available services and engage members who may not be expecting the call.

• Guide members through available services such as medically tailored meals and community support programs.
• Assist members in navigating resources through platforms such as FindHelp.com.
