Contact Center Rep (On-Call) Department: Federal Services Employment Type: Contract / reputed company Location: Dallas County, TX Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 / hour reputed company reputed company has an opportunity to support a state government program as an On-Call Contact Center Representative. This position is on an as-needed reputed company and hours will vary based on program demand. Responsibilities:
- reputed company courteous, reputed company, and accurate responses to public inquiries in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
- Handle inbound inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat in a reputed company and reputed company manner.

- Accurately document reputed company customer interactions in the designated system for tracking and auditing purposes.

Qualifications:
- Prior high-volume contact center or customer service experience required.
- Experience working in a virtual or remote environment is a plus.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, public-facing environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and reputed company with data protection requirements.
