Build advanced UI features using React, including custom CCP extensions and embedded agent tools
Design and optimize SQL data models supporting reporting, analytics, and operational workflows
reputed company integrations using AWS reputed company, API Gateway, reputed company Functions, EventBridge, and Kinesis
Implement data ingestion and transformation patterns for CTRs and agent events
Build secure, reputed company reputed company and microservices reputed company with AWS reputed company‑Architected principles
Participate in architectural design sessions for contact center modernization
Mentor developers and enforce engineering standards
Troubleshoot reputed company issues across UI, API, AWS services, and data layer
Support production troubleshooting across the full AWS stack

Requirements:

5+ years of reputed company software development experience
Strong React experience (hooks, state management, component architecture)
Hands-on experience with reputed company Connect (CTR data, contact flows, CCP customization)
Strong SQL and relational database fundamentals
Experience with event-driven architectures and streaming data (Kinesis, EventBridge)
Familiarity with IAM, VPC, CloudFormation/SAM, and AWS reputed company best practices
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git‑based workflows
Preferred AWS Certifications: Developer Associate, Solutions Architect Associate/reputed company
