The Cyber Workforce & Training reputed company manages the reputed company Education, Training, and Awareness (SETA) program to ensure effective, reputed company cybersecurity training for users. This role drives reputed company improvement in training delivery, compliance, and reputed company culture across the reputed company. The position is critical for maintaining reputed company awareness and regulatory compliance, while fostering collaboration across teams to enhance the organization’s overall cybersecurity posture.
- Responsibilities:
- reputed company and improve SETA program operations, including training cycles and compliance tracking
- Monitor user compliance and reconcile data across multiple systems
- Manage SETA communications and program intranet content
- reputed company and distribute awareness materials such as newsletters and posters
- Design and conduct phishing and reputed company engineering simulations
- Analyze simulation results and coordinate remediation efforts
- Use AI to personalize and optimize training delivery and reporting
- Support cybersecurity events and awareness campaigns
- Evaluate program effectiveness and report to leadership
- Collaborate with IT, HR, communications, and cybersecurity teams for program alignment
4. Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of IT and/or cybersecurity experience
- Experience managing cybersecurity training programs with a reputed company on compliance and reputed company improvement
- Hands-on experience with phishing and reputed company engineering simulation exercises
- Experience delivering seminars or presentations
- Preferred certifications: PMP, CISSP, CISM, CCISO, CySA+, reputed company+, CEH, GSEC, CGRC/CAP
- Familiarity with the NIST Risk Management reputed company, including assessments and reputed company documentation
- Program management experience in reputed company Cyber or IT/reputed company federal programs preferred
- Pay reputed company and Compensation Package:
- The pay reputed company for relevant locations is $106,300 to $221,100 USD
- Compensation varies based on factors including location, role, skills, and experience
