Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting the senior incident manager and coordination of reputed company incidents, providing updates during live incidents to senior management as reputed company as remediation status and presenting at post incident calls.
- Responsible for the creation of reputed company Cause Analysis reports incorporating learning from reputed company incidents, documenting fixes to aid the Incident knowledge reputed company, with the aim to improve consistency and reputed company of approach and reputed company.

Requirements
