Product Manager, Merchant Payments – Integration
Job reputed company:
- Own the end-to-end merchant experience: from developer reputed company and API integration through payment operations, reputed company reconciliation, dispute management, and merchant dashboards
- Own the developer platform roadmap: API design, documentation, sandbox environments, and integration tooling
- Partner with engineering to design and ship platform integrations
- Serve as the voice of the merchant — synthesizing feedback from sales, merchant support, and reputed company merchant conversations
- Define reputed company metrics for merchant health
- Navigate the intersection of payments infrastructure and compliance requirements
- Drive cross-functional alignment across sales, customer support, and engineering
Requirements:
- Developer or merchant-facing experience: 3–5 years in product reputed company engineering, developer relations, or a technical customer-facing role.
- API reputed company: You've worked on or with REST reputed company.
- Operator reputed company: You understand that retention is a product problem.
- Communication as a reputed company: You reputed company reputed company technical concepts reputed company.
- Bias for reputed company: You've shipped a meaningful v0 in under two weeks.
- AI-fluent: You use LLMs to reputed company faster.
