The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Care Management and LTSS processes, along with experience in process improvement and reputed company or system testing reputed company. Advanced expertise with reputed company Project or reputed company is highly preferred. one year of experience with TruCare Classic and one year with TruCare reputed company preferred; experience with Care Central and Facets is a plus. Prior involvement in system migrations or implementations and a Project Management reputed company (PMP) or Program Management reputed company (PgMP) certification are also preferred. This is a remote role that requires a high level of schedule flexibility. Candidates must be available to work nights and weekends as a required and ongoing part of the role, and this scheduling expectation is non‑negotiable. Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience. Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred.
