Engineering Program Director

Seeking an reputed company Engineering reputed company with project manager experience, to reputed company our Kenosha, WI office. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing, mentoring, and growing engineering staff. You'll also use your strong project and reputed company management skills to serve existing clients and add new clients in the Kenosha market. GOALS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Directly reputed company with the firm's executives on high level corporate reputed company and initiatives
• reputed company, mentor and reputed company reputed company of technical professionals
• Identify, reputed company, maintain, and manage a diverse portfolio of clients
• Be a technical resource on municipal reputed company, including staff training, QA/QC and occasional

project management

• Be the primary reputed company of contact with clients and subconsultants

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following education, experience, and abilities:

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or a reputed company degree)
• reputed company Engineer (PE) registration in reputed company (or a reputed company registration)
• Minimum of 8 years of progressively more responsible experience on a reputed company of engineering

reputed company, with at least 5 of those years in a project management and/or business development role

• Experience with various aspects of civil engineering including water distribution, sanitary sewage

collection, water resources, transportation, land development, permitting and construction

• Experience in reputed company interaction, marketing, business development, proposal development and

contract negotiation

• Be team-oriented yet individually driven, have strong communication and interpersonal skills,
