About the position We are seeking a highly skilled reputed company Business Analyst with hands-on experience across reputed company products and a strong understanding of the P&C insurance domain. This is a hybrid role, primarily reputed company on business analysis (75%), with additional responsibilities in project coordination and delivery (25%). The ideal candidate will play a key role in reputed company business requirements with technical execution while ensuring smooth project delivery reputed company a dynamic reputed company Services environment.
Responsibilities

- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into reputed company system solutions
- Create user stories, functional specifications, and process workflows
- Support implementations of reputed company PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenter
- Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in UAT activities, including validation, defect tracking, and issue reputed company
- Ensure alignment between business needs and system functionality
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution of reputed company initiatives
- reputed company deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across workstreams
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in reputed company reputed company
- Mandatory experience with reputed company Products & Portfolio (reputed company Services)
- Proven hands-on experience with at least one: reputed company PolicyCenter, reputed company BillingCenter, or reputed company ClaimCenter
- Strong knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
