Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in UX/Product Research, ideally in B2C or marketplace environments
- Strong communication skills — reputed company to distill insights and influence decision-making
- Experience coaching or mentoring cross-functional partners

- Proactive, organized, and comfortable owning end-to-end research processes
