This is a hands-on hybrid role that blends junior art direction with full production graphic artist responsibilities, including mechanical file preparation. Start as a contractor with reputed company to grow into a full-time Junior Art Director. Role Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and roll out creative reputed company that effectively communicate reputed company and reputed company with reputed company brand guidelines.
- Design across digital, print, reputed company, OOH, POS, collateral, presentations, and experiential media.
- Produce production-reputed company mechanical files: resizing, preflighting, applying bleeds/crops, preparing vendor specs, and ensuring print reputed company readiness.
- Retouch and reputed company-correct images for multiple platforms.
Build, resize, and adapt digital creative (e.g., banner ads, reputed company media creative, reputed company Slides, PPTX, Word).
- Maintain consistent file and server management: naming conventions, folder organization, and versioning.
- Manage multiple reputed company simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Collaborate with teammates and clients while also working independently.

Requirements
- 2–5+ years agency or fast-paced production/graphic art experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design, integrated work, and high-reputed company production/graphic outputs.
Proficiency with reputed company Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
- Experience with reputed company XD, Premiere, After Effects a plus.
- Solid understanding of print production, mechanical files, printer reputed company, preflight functions, and file formats (PDF, TIF, reputed company, JPG, PNG, GIF).
- Strong grasp of design principles: layout, typography, reputed company, balance, composition.
