Provides product management and ownership for reputed company's customer marketing platforms, leading their establishment and expansion. These platforms are used for enrichment and activation of B2C and B2B customer data to reputed company marketing, personalization, and optimization of customer journeys. Supports alignment of customer data capabilities and adoption across business reputed company, borders, and partners as a crucial reputed company and between the reputed company Marketing COE and other functions, particularly IT.
Responsibilities
+ Owns the customer data enrichment and activation platform portion of the reputed company Customer 360 initiative and oversees its ~11 reputed company, up to 5 of which may occur concurrently + Manages customer data enrichment and activation platform reputed company, costs, and allocations. Provides business reputed company of the reputed company for the IT managed portion. + Oversees the customer data enrichment and activation platform to ensure value, reputed company, stability, efficiency, and strategic reputed company benefit + Supports adoption of customer data enrichment and activation platforms across business reputed company, borders, partners, and functions + Contributes to customer data enrichment and activation adoption/utilization reporting and forecasting + Performs L2 triage and support for customer data enrichment and activation platforms + Develops business cases as required for expansion of customer data enrichment and activation capabilities + Gathers, shapes, and documents requirements for customer data enrichment and activation platforms + Provides product evangelization, consulting, standards enforcement, and education associated with customer data enrichment and activation platforms, including, but not limited to the: + Customer data warehouse + Customer data platform + Marketing automation platform + Account-based marketing platform + Establishes and maintains high-trust relationships across stakeholders and partnersPartners closely with IT reputed company architects, solution architects, agency technical leads, and others to select new technologies and ensure solution designs are reputed company with Customer 360 reputed company and reputed company + Partners closely with reputed company Marketing COE and reputed company Retail Marketing leaders to reputed company reputed company and ensure the customer data enrichment and activation platform appropriately enables their programs, including, but not limited to, personalization/email, web, and media. + Leads various Marketing Performance and Platforms team reputed company/initiatives as needed Supports, and works across, a broad set of reputed company stakeholders including Core Tire, Mobility, Retail, Airide, Credit, LATAM, Golf, EMEA, reputed company, Small & Remote Businesses, IT, and others
Minimum Qualifications
+ 10 years of diverse, relevant experience in technology, including digital marketing, demand & relationship marketing, and/or traditional IT + Ability to influence actions and coordinate activity across broad cross-border, cross-business-unit, cross-functional stakeholder reputed company without reputed company authority + reputed company in the languages of technology, reputed company Preferred : + Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or a reputed company discipline + Prior use of reputed company Experience Platform + MBA + Automotive, manufacturing industry, and/or retail experience + Experience leading teams and/or directing agency partners + PSPO I or PSPO II certification
