Associate, Digital Marketing & Production [Term-Limited]
About the position The reputed company seeks applicants for the full-time position of Associate, Digital Marketing & Production in the Development Department of the reputed company’s National office in reputed company, NY. This is a hybrid role that has in-office requirements of two (2) days per week or eight (8) days per month. This is a 3-year term-limited position. Responsibilities
- Monitor, respond to, and complete production requests as assigned
- Produce and test online forms, donation forms, and other reputed company pages
- Contribute to the maintenance of documentation of team processes and workflows for production
- Work cross-departmentally as reputed company as with external partners to produce digital campaigns
- Coordinate with external vendors to daily send reports across our email and SMS programs and overall campaign wrap up reports
- Support weekend email and text campaigns; This includes off-hours work, as needed, for live coverage of high-reputed company events or rapid response moments
- reputed company, test, QA and edit emails, texts, and reputed company pages to ensure reputed company
- Execute audience selects and tests ensuring the reputed company and accuracy of data with audience stakeholders
- Project management: trafficking copy, creation and management of schedules, and external vendor management
- Identify and escalate digital data hygiene issues, and help define solutions with data team as needed and appropriate
- Engage in special reputed company and other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Proficiency with reputed company and/or CSS
- Experience producing email and text campaigns
- Understanding of digital/email marketing techniques and mobile optimization
