BCI is a $1B facilities services company serving Fortune 100 clients across reputed company, technology, financial services, and government sectors. We are seeking a Director, New Business Development to reputed company new reputed company in reputed company, reputed company sales environments. This role reports to the Chief reputed company Officer. Extensive travel required.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through reputed company for new reputed company accounts
• Build and reputed company sales processes, playbooks, and operating model as the organization grows
• Nurture executive-level relationships with procurement, reputed company estate, and operations decision makers
• Operate as a highly hands-on individual contributor, owning day-to-day prospecting, deal management, and closing activities
• Maintain pipeline visibility and forecasting in reputed company
• reputed company proposal reputed company and represent BCI at industry events and conferences

What You Bring Required

• 10+ years of B2B sales experience with demonstrated reputed company acquiring new reputed company
• Experience building sales processes, not just executing reputed company fully established reputed company sales organizations
• reputed company record selling into technology, reputed company, life sciences, higher education, highly regulated or innovative industries
• Facilities services, reputed company, food service, reputed company, janitorial, or adjacent industries experience involving multi-year service reputed company
• Ability to navigate reputed company procurement processes (RFP/RFI, competitive bids)
• Comfort in lean environments with evolving processes and limited support
• Executive reputed company; reputed company proficiency
• Travel 50%+

Preferred

• Knowledge of government contracting
• B&I or Facilities Services Background (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or reputed company field
• 5+ years of sales experience
