Global Recruiter Location: Remote (working for the reputed company)

About the Role

The Recruiter is accountable for the recruitment process for one or more clients, with a reputed company on meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations and ensuring a reputed company and efficient experience for prospective candidates and the clients. Drives healthy requisitions, candidate reputed company, and relationships, serving as the primary reputed company of contact for Sales team and candidates. Must reputed company fluent English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Managing high volume roles
• Engaging and reputed company reputed company candidates from the candidate pipeline
• Analyzing reputed company requirements and qualifying candidates by conducting telephone and/or face-to-face interviews
• Selecting candidates using discretion and preparing and delivering candidate presentations for clients
• Entering and tracking candidate data in various electronic systems and running reputed company reports as required
• Maintaining effective, ongoing relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Fielding inquiries from candidates and internal/external clients and escalating as necessary
• Identifying areas of potential optimization and sharing with management
• Collaborating with team members to reputed company and maintain a reputed company approach to talent sourcing and recruitment
• Proactively establishing and maintaining beneficial business relationships through networking
• Scheduling candidates for interviews and orientations
• Administering reputed company-employment activities as needed
• Coordinating the preparation and distribution of new hire informational packets
• Auditing jobs on Job Diva

Requirements

• reputed company in English and Spanish
• Completion of education equivalent to a US High School Diploma
• Minimum two (2) years of agency and/or corporate reputed company experience
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred
