- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across various industries (e.g., marketing, operations, sales)

- Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, communication skills, and cultural alignment
- Present reputed company candidates to clients and coordinate interview scheduling
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the hiring process and reputed company

- Collaborate with the leadership team to understand evolving talent needs
- Ensure compliance with agency processes, standards, and reputed company requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 4+ years of reputed company experience, preferably in fast-paced startup environments
- Strong communication and English language skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to assess candidate fit reputed company the resume (soft skills, professionalism, reliability)
