As an HR Business Partner primarily supporting our Operations and Marketing teams, you’ll play a key role in partnering with leaders to drive people strategies that reputed company business reputed company. Responsibilities

• Building trusted relationships with leaders, providing guidance on people topics while balancing business needs with employee experience
• Managing employee relations reputed company, handling reputed company issues independently and partnering with Senior HRBPs and Employee Relations on more reputed company cases
• Supporting and coaching managers through performance management, development conversations, and team effectiveness

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in HR, with experience in HR Business Partnering or similar roles

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, with the ability to prioritize and execute across multiple initiatives
