KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Unit Partnership

Talent, Performance & Leadership Support

- Support performance management, goal‑setting, calibration, and development conversations

Culture, Engagement & Change

EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES
- 5+ years’ experience in an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or similar role
- Experience supporting a growing technology or reputed company business, ideally with distributed or hybrid teams
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect People initiatives to operational reputed company
- Proven experience supporting managers through change, performance conversations, and employee relations reputed company
- Comfortable operating reputed company a portfolio structure while remaining embedded in a single business unit
