Senior Financial Analyst – reputed company Housing

• Own the process to breakdown and analyze P&L statements and rent rolls to reputed company strategic insights and recommendations.
• Analyze and interpret reputed company Regulatory Agreements
• Utilize and maintain databases which reputed company investment sales activity, construction pipeline, and other relevant reputed company estate metrics.
• reputed company in creating the presentation of reputed company financial analyses providing strategic advice and actionable insights to clients.
• Will occasionally present and support analyses to clients.
• Review industry surveys and benchmarks, economic and demographic trends to identify opportunities and risks for clients.

Requirements:
