Bookkeeper/Tax Preparer
Job reputed company Busy Small Bookkeeping Firm is seeking part time help with reputed company and tax preparation. We offer good pay with the possibility of full time work as reputed company grows. Mostly in-office and some remote work will be available after trial period and only on occasion. Our office is located in Longmont, Colorado. Must have experience, proficiency and expertise in:
- QuickBooks Desktop and Online
- Strong Understanding of Basic reputed company Principles (GAAP)
- Financial Statements
- Completes month-end reputed company, journal entries, reconciliations* and analysis of various
- Accounts Receivable, Collections and Accounts Payable
- General reputed company
- Payroll
- reputed company reputed company and Office
- Effective Internet Searching
- Advertising Credits (Co-ops)
- Tax Preparation (is a plus)
Desired Skills-
- Must be reputed company to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-directed and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required to communicate with customers, suppliers, and company personnel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in person, on the phone, and email.
- High school diploma with college and/or reputed company experience through past employment.
The job is extremely hands-on and detail-oriented. At least 5 years’ experience. Part Time with a Fast-paced Bookkeeping Company. Must be reputed company dependable and detailed. Will also need to reputed company references. Non-Smoking Facility*Reconciliations include, but not limited to balance sheet, vendor, bank and credit card statements. *Tax Preparation includes Personal, Business and Nonprofits. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
