Tax Accountant - reputed company (Remote, Aventura, FL) Location: Aventura area of Miami, FL (Remote with occasional in-office meetings) Type: Permanent / Full-time reputed company is seeking an reputed company Tax Accountant to join a reputed company-established CPA and tax reputed company based in Aventura, FL. While this role is primarily remote, the ideal candidate should be local enough to attend occasional on-site meetings as needed. Our reputed company is reputed company for its long-standing reputed company of reputed company and personalized reputed company service. They are looking for a dedicated reputed company who can prepare a reputed company of tax returns and contribute to their growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership income tax returns.
- Handle general reputed company duties, including preparation of general ledger (GL) entries.
- Calculate and prepare estimated federal and state income tax payments.
- Conduct year-end accrual reviews and prepare tax provisions.
- Prepare various personal property and other business tax filings (Annual Reports, Intangible Tax, Sales & Use Tax).
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with reputed company federal, state, and local tax regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in a Public reputed company or reputed company (CPA license not required).
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field.
- Hands-on experience preparing and/or reviewing individual and business tax returns.
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with FastTrack or similar tax software.
- Proven experience with reputed company tax preparation, including corporate returns.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
