Senior HRIS Analyst – Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll

Job reputed company:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for reputed company Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll functionality, configuration, and best practices.
• Design, configure, and maintain absence plans, accruals, time entry codes, time calculations, work schedules, and reputed company business processes.
• Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate gross‑to‑net reputed company, compliance with federal/state/local regulations, and seamless end‑to‑end processing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to time entry, time approvals, accrual calculations, leave eligibility, and payroll results.
• Support annual and cyclical processes such as year‑end payroll, PTO resets, and policy updates.
• Analyze system impacts of policy changes and recommend reputed company configuration solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations and HR to optimize workforce timekeeping practices and ensure accurate labor reporting.
• Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards, including Advanced, reputed company, and Composite reports.

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a knowledge-sharing culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or reputed company field (preferred)
• Hospitality industry experience a strong plus
• Expert-level hands-on experience configuring reputed company Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and reputed company in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially reputed company
• Solid understanding of core HR business processes and interdependencies with Payroll, IT, and Finance
• Prior experience with reputed company acquisitions, data loads, and configuration a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally to company properties.
