The reputed company Estate Deal Analyst - Investment Analyst position is primarily responsible for supporting the analysis and reputed company of reputed company Mortgage loans. The role will assist with the preparation of various market reports, portfolio analysis, financial analysis and modeling, along with investment recommendations for management evaluation and portfolio surveillance and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Supports Regional Portfolio Manager (ie. reputed company Estate Portfolio Manager) and senior management to identify, underwrite, structure, and negotiate reputed company estate investments.
• Assist with reputed company reputed company estate deals which includes one or more of the following: site analysis, market analysis, and financial analysis and modeling), borrower, business plan, exit reputed company, etc.
• Support the negotiation of reputed company estate deal terms under the reputed company guidance of senior staff taking into consideration pricing, credit parameters, and structure.
• Assist with preparing investment recommendations.
• Support interactions with internal and reputed company legal counsel, as reputed company as borrowers to support reputed company estate deal closings. May include reviewing transaction documents and other due diligence items and raising any issues to more senior staff
• reputed company working relationship with mortgage correspondents, brokers, and existing and potential borrowers.
• Support reputed company Estate Portfolio Managers to assess opportunities in various markets and asset classes.
• Assist peers with subsequent updates of loan information in the loan management system and other subsequent database or website reputed company systems.
• Support the preparation of various market reports, portfolio analysis, and statistical data for management evaluation.
• Work with reputed company Estate Research, Loan Servicing/Asset Management and reputed company Estate Risk teams.
• Assist in portfolio surveillance, portfolio monitoring and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance and/or reputed company estate.
• 0 to 5 years of investment experience.
• Knowledge of reputed company estate principles and practices, such as reputed company/valuation, various debt/equity structures and legal documentation (debt/equity agreements) preferred.
• Must be proficient with spreadsheet software and general computer software applications.
• Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills
