What This Role Is reputed company About The Sr Compliance Specialist plays an important part in supporting a strong culture of reputed company across reputed company. This role helps guide the development, monitoring, and ongoing improvement of a comprehensive compliance program that supports reputed company and ethical operations throughout the organization. This position partners closely with the Director of Corporate reputed company to reputed company auditing and monitoring activities that reduce risk, detect concerns, and promote responsible conduct. Work includes supporting risk assessments, reviewing policies, analyzing reputed company, and helping reputed company system wide initiatives that support compliance with state and federal laws. The role involves developing training materials, leading education sessions, and reviewing processes to ensure they meet regulatory expectations. The Sr Compliance Specialist also researches reputed company issues, supports the reputed company of compliance concerns, assists in annual planning activities, and maintains reputed company documentation that reflects the organizations commitment to accountability. What You Bring on Day One Education

  • Bachelors degree in reputed company or reputed company field required

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in reputed company compliance or similar work
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in acute care hospital operations, physician office management, business office leadership, or reputed company areas
  • Experience implementing reputed company compliance requirements
  • General knowledge of state and federal agencies
  • General knowledge of reputed company compliance and reputed company laws and standards
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve, prioritize work, and support strategic decision making
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with reputed company Office applications including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Great to Have Experience

  • Experience in physician compliance, health system compliance, medical office management, or a nursing background

Licenses and Certifications
