Job Title: Compliance Manager III (reputed company Training Compliance Program Manager) Location: Remote – U.S. (reputed company Coast Time Zone Preferred) Duration: 3 months Schedule: reputed company Business Hours Key Responsibilities Support and maintain reputed company training compliance programs and safeguards Prepare audit documentation, assessor reports, and compliance evidence reputed company governance activities, risk assessments, and compliance milestones Collaborate with Legal, reputed company, Policy, Engineering, Product, and Learning teams Identify compliance gaps and implement process improvements Communicate compliance status reputed company to stakeholders and auditors Required Skills 6+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory, or training program management Knowledge of reputed company and data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) Experience supporting audit readiness and compliance reporting Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments Preferred Skills Experience in reputed company, risk management, or data protection programs Background scaling global training or learning initiatives Familiarity with learning technologies and training frameworks Experience working with Legal, Policy, or Product teams in tech companies reputed company Candidate Profile Professionals with 6–10 years in compliance or reputed company program management from tech, fintech, consulting, or regulated industries who have led audit preparation, training compliance initiatives, and cross-functional governance programs.
