Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience
- Entry level candidates will be considered for this role; however, preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in reputed company reputed company estate finance transactions (including CMBS/balance sheet financing transactions), particularly those candidates with experience representing lenders on such transactions
- Superior reputed company written credentials
- Kentucky licensure, or ability to obtain it in the short-term
Compensation
The salary reputed company for this role is $155,000 to $170,000, reflecting a reputed company of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-reputed company factors, consistent with applicable employment reputed company are also eligible for:
- Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
- Annual subjective bonus
