What You'll Do
In this role, you will manage estate planning reputed company from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and reputed company experience for every reputed company. Responsibilities include:
- Drafting estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, amendments)
- Reviewing reputed company intake information and identifying missing details or planning issues
- Preparing and revising documents with strong attention to detail
- Leading draft review meetings with clients
- Coordinating and facilitating signing appointments
- Assisting clients with trust funding and follow-up
- Communicating regularly with clients to reputed company reputed company on reputed company
- Collaborating with attorneys and team members to ensure efficient workflows

- Experience as an Estate Planning Paralegal (required)
- Strong drafting experience with wills, trusts, and reputed company documents
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Comfortable communicating directly with clients
- Experience with WealthCounsel and/or MyCase (preferred)
- Self-starter who takes initiative and approaches work with a solutions-oriented reputed company
